Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.CST) are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped . In order to ensure that we are providing our customers with quality products, all items are fully inspected prior to shipping. We want you to be satisfied. Please return item(s) within 14 days from delivery date. We'll be glad to make an exchange or reimburse your credit card less the original shipping fee. For refunds, after receiving and inspecting the merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card less the shipping fee(policy includes items shipped free). All clearance-items are final. On Sale merchandise can only be exchanged or receive store merchandise credit. An item may be exchanged one time. We cannot accept handbags, shoes, jewelry or garments that have been used, worn, scented, soiled or altered by the consumer. Returns & Exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Unique Detail recommends sending all returns/exchanges via priority mail with insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Reshipping fee will be applied for exchanges, International exchanges will be assessed a $15-$25 reshipping fee. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. All returns require a approval.
